Global Recyling Day 2025

Join Union Station in celebrating Global Recyling Day. On site partners will include DPW’s Office of Waste Aversion, Reuse DC and FixIt DC, Paint Care, Community Forklift, and Call2Recycle (battery recycling). Learn from all of these area experts throughout the day on ways you can limit your waste through reusing, reducing and recycling!

We’ll also have an e-recycling expert on site from 8:30am-12:30pm, so be sure to bring in your worn out and old electronics so they can be properly recycled!
