YO! Sushi has landed in the US! With over 75 restaurants worldwide, predominantly in the UK, as well as international airports and several restaurants in Dubai, DC is the first stop in the US. Established in London in 1997, YO! Sushi serves healthy, freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, Asian inspired salads and hot Japanese classics on color/price coded plates via a snaking conveyor-belt. Time starved hungry guests have instant access and can start eating immediately and quench their thirst with complimentary chilled triple filtered water via a tap at every seat. Choose from over 70 dishes straight from the belt and simply press an airline style call button to order hot food and freshly prepared temaki (hand rolls). The modern colorful design is highlighted with a stunning mural pasted across one of the restaurants interior walls, a spectacular vision of a blended Tokyo and DC. Just like YO!
