Union Station Parking Garage is a 24 hour, multi-level parking facility that serves as one of the city’s major bus hubs. The garage services Boltbus, Greyhound, Megabus, Peter Pan, DC2NY and Washington Deluxe. The bus is also the pick-up and drop-off location for charter and tour buses. Access is available from Massachusetts Avenue, NE - from a ramp on the East side of Union Station as well as behind the station from a ramp on H Street, NE.

How to Drop-Off for Valet Parking
To utilize the valet service, please enter the garage and obtain a ticket. Follow the signs (signs and Attendants are posted at the Level 1 entry) to the Valet Booth drop-off point where an attendant will take your ticket and car keys (only) and park your vehicle. Please secure all valuables and/or take them with you.
How to Pick-Up for Valet Parking
15 minutes before returning to the station for your vehicle, text the valet ticket number to 202-812-9733. Stop at the Pay-on-Foot machine and pay for the parking and valet fee or pay at the Valet Booth (credit card preferred). The vehicle will be ready and waiting upon your return to the Valet Booth.
Electric Car Charging Station: There is currently one charging unit at Level 1 just opposite the escalator. The fitting is universal for all electric vehicles and a credit card is required to activate charging.
The Union Station Parking Garage Bus Terminal is located on the Main Level of the parking garage and can be accessed from the Mezzanine Level of the station.
Motor Coach/Charter/Bus Parking: The Union Station Bus Terminal is designed to accommodate a number of tour and charter buses and offers convenient drop off locations for tour groups. There are 32 bus spaces available daily and parking permits are issued on a first come, first serve basis. Only reservations are guaranteed a parking space.
Rates vary depending upon the time blocks through which the vehicle will be parked. If the vehicle will be parked during multiple time blocks, then the combined rates of those time blocks will be applied. Only parking reservations are sold at a flat rate and allow in and out privileges. All other parking permits expire upon exiting the building (even if there is time left on the permit) and a new permit must be purchased for re-entry. Bus parking may be reserved by sending an email including the requested dates and times to email@example.com.
Off Peak and Non Special Event Rates are in effect when it is not tourism season (July-February) or when there isn’t a special event happening at the station. Peak & Special Event Rates are in effect from July-February and whenever there is a special event taking place at the station.
