Our automated system will not only enhance your dining experience, but eliminate hefty rush order fees! This year, tourists can print their orders from the comfort of their homes and businesses. Purpose/Benefit of Meal Voucher Program
The Union Station Meal Voucher Program benefits groups both large and small by providing easy access and discounted dining packages to 14 breakfast and over 30 lunch and dinner eateries located in the Stations Food Court on the lower level. Several other eateries participating in the program such as McDonalds and Sbarro are located on the Amtrak train concourse. We offer a wide variety of food options to satisfy all types of appetites and a sparkling clean dining environment with seating for more than 400 patrons.

Cost of Vouchers
  • Breakfast: $6.25
  • Lunch/Dinner: $8.25
  • SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL PRICING: now receive one (1) complimentary voucher for every 20 purchased!
How to Order
  • Step 1 – Complete your 2013 Voucher Forms. (Note: Do not include shipping charges. Tourists print their vouchers.) Received orders take 7-10 business days to process.
  • Step 2 – Receive e-mail Union Station Customer Credentials to retrieve your Login ID and Password. (Remember: To keep your secure credentials in a secure location, only share them within your company).
  • Step 3 – Click on link in this e-mail to place your order. (Note: Once your order is confirmed it is placed in a Payment Pending status). Received orders take 7-10 business days to process.
  • Step 4 – We apologize for the inconvenience, but orders are not available for pick-up or printing at Union Station.
  • Exchanges Policy – All 2012 orders will be exchanged for credit only.Returned vouchers should be accompanied with a 2013 Order Form with an Access Deadline.
  • Union Station no longer prints customers voucher orders. Customers must print and download their orders before their scheduled tour dates.

Payment Options
We do not currently accept credit cards and vouchers must be paid for in advance by company, cashiers, or bank check, or US Funds money order. Payment must accompany the completed order form.

Food Court Hours
  • Monday -Saturday 10 am* - 9 pm.
  • Sunday: 11 am - 6 pm (some food court vendors open earlier for breakfast)

*Breakfast vouchers are accepted from 7 am -10 am by a limited number of vendors

Cancellations/ Refunds – Incoming Orders

  • Union Station has a NO Refund Policy
  • Orders cancellations must be done within 24 hours after receiving order confirmation e-mail.
    • Please hit Reply to Order Confirmation e-mail to cancel order. This must be done within 24 hours of placing voucher order.*
  • Customers will be charged for orders not cancelled within this allotted time frame.
*The e-mail should contain the Company’s Name, Access Deadline, and Voucher Quantity.

Redeeming Vouchers

  • Union Station has a NO Refund Policy
  • All vouchers will be scanned at time of redemption.
    • Each individual voucher is only redeemable at one vendor. Tour groups cannot redeem the same voucher at multiple locations.
  • Merchants will collect the vouchers at the time of redemption, no exceptions!

When you return your vouchers please include a cover letter, complete contact information and the tour date you would like the credit applied toward.

Exchanges Policy

  • Union Station cannot exchange any vouchers that have been downloaded.
  • We encourage all customers to only download the vouchers they need.
  • We cannot accept any 2012 vouchers after January 31, 2013 or give credit for ones issued in previous years.
  • Exchanges will be processed through our automated system. A credit will be issued towards your 2013 orders.
When you return your vouchers please include a cover letter, complete contact information and the tour date you would like the credit applied toward.
